All orders are delivered — we do not offer customer collection or local pickup.

UK Delivery
For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as public holidays.

International Delivery
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can cause delays beyond our control.

Tracking
Where tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Failed Deliveries
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@ammuribeauty.com so that we can assist you.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and a parcel is returned to us, we can arrange to resend it. Return-to-sender shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the failure was due to an error on our part.
