Face Masks, Scrubs & Cleansers: How to Choose an Ammuri Routine
Cleansers, masks and scrubs serve different purposes. You do not need to use all of them in one routine. Choose products according to what you are trying to remove, how your skin feels and how often the individual product is designed to be used.
Everyday facial cleansing
The 3-in-1 Deep Cleansing Milk is a creamier makeup-removal and cleansing option. For oily or combination skin, the Mattifying Facial Cleanser is a different texture designed around oilier-feeling skin. Check the current product page for availability and directions.
Lash and brow cleansing
The Eyelash Extension Shampoo & Lash/Brow Cleansing Kit is a specialist cleansing product. Keep it separate from facial scrubs and strong active skincare, and follow its directions carefully around the eye area.
24K Gold Peel-Off Mask
The 24K Gold Peel-Off Face Mask is an occasional cosmetic mask. Peel-off products should be removed according to their directions rather than pulled aggressively from sensitive or irritated skin.
Activated Charcoal Mud Mask
The Activated Charcoal Mud Mask for Face & Body offers a different type of cleansing/pampering step. A mask is not a replacement for your regular cleanser and does not need to be used every day.
Coffee scrub
The Arabica Coffee Scrub Face Mask adds a physical exfoliating texture. Avoid aggressive rubbing and follow the frequency on the product directions, especially if you already use retinol or exfoliating acids.
Retinol facial scrub
The Retinol Facial Scrub & Exfoliating Cream combines exfoliating positioning with retinol-themed skincare. Treat it as an active/exfoliating step and avoid automatically combining it with your strongest retinol serum on the same occasion.
How to build a simple routine
- Use a suitable cleanser as your foundation.
- Add a mask occasionally if you enjoy that format and the product suits your skin.
- Use physical exfoliation sparingly according to its directions.
- Do not scrub irritated, broken or sensitised skin.
- Follow with moisturising care as needed and use appropriate daytime sun protection.
If a product causes persistent discomfort, stop use and simplify the routine. More cleansing or exfoliation is not automatically better.
