Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Returning Your Order
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on skincare, cosmetic, or beauty products that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or not as described. This exemption applies under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will include the original standard shipping cost paid. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with supporting photos and we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the EU, we offer a 30-day return window on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.
